Edward Trotz
Greetings, my name is Edward Trotz. Maryland State Police (MSP) Qualified Handgun Instructor Authorized to provide training for Maryland Wear and Carry Permit and Handgun Qualification License (HQL). Use of Force / Defensive Tactics Instructor. Certified through a nationally recognized program (e.g., PPCT, Monadnock, ASP, or similar). Curriculum includes control holds, handcuffing, baton techniques, and de-escalation strategies. CPR, AED, and First Aid Instructor Certified through American Heart Association or Red Cross. Teaches life-saving emergency response protocols to guards and first responders.
